When you buy an audit or subscription we collect your name, email address, business name, website and locations, and the services and competitors you tell us about. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number. We use this information to produce and deliver your report and to bill you. We keep it for as long as you are a customer and for the period our accountants require afterwards.
Reports are built from publicly observable information only: your website, public directory and review listings, and the answers publicly available AI assistants give to prompts we run. We never access patient records, patient portals, booking systems or anything behind a login, and we never ask you for patient information. If a public source we review happens to contain a patient's name, it does not appear in our report.
We send outreach email to businesses we believe may be interested in this service, using publicly listed business contact addresses. Every message includes our postal address and a way to opt out. Opt-out requests are honored within 48 hours and apply across every domain we send from. We do not send outreach to businesses located in Washington or Maryland. We never sell, rent or share contact lists, and we never give customers access to them.

hearabout.ai does not use advertising trackers. We do not currently run analytics on this site.. Stripe sets cookies on its own checkout pages under its own policy.
You can ask us what information we hold about you or your business, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@hearabout.co. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA; we do not sell personal information and have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
If this policy changes materially we will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for current customers, email you.
