The Visibility Audit is a one-time report, delivered at a private web address with a PDF download, describing how publicly available AI assistants respond to a set of prompts about your business on the dates stated in the report. It is prepared by HearAbout from publicly observable information. Delivery is typically within seven business days of receiving your intake form.
Monitor and Pro are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe. Each month you receive a re-run of your audit and the finished assets described on the pricing page. You may cancel at any time from the link in your billing email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month and no partial refunds are given for that month. If you subscribe within 30 days of buying an audit, the audit fee is credited against your first month.
AI assistants change their answers between runs and over time. We report ranges from repeated runs on stated dates, and we do not promise that any answer will stay the same, that your business will be named or recommended, or that any change we suggest will produce a particular result. We do not estimate revenue gained or lost. Nothing in a report is legal, medical or financial advice. Implementation of the action plan is your responsibility, or that of a provider you choose.
Every audit is expected to identify at least one verified factual error, one missing or unclaimed profile, or one page an AI crawler could not read. If your Visibility Audit identifies none of these, tell us at hello@hearabout.co within 14 days of delivery and we will refund the audit fee in full. This guarantee applies to the one-time Visibility Audit only, not to Monitor or Pro subscriptions. Payment processor fees are included in the refund.
You confirm you are authorized to order a report about the business named in your order. You will not give us patient information, and you agree that reports are for your business's internal use. You may quote your own report publicly; you may not resell it or present it as your own analysis.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything arising from a report or subscription is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
